I didn't study architect or interior design but I'm sure this is a very newly innovative idea in the market if it is real. Especially in Hong Kong people love to have a "view" at their tiny flat. This window turns into balcony idea is perfect. The only bad thing is I wonder is it easy and safe for typhoon period.
